Please be aware that the busiest time in the Surgery is between 8.30am and 9.30am. 
If your visit/call is not urgent, please call in, or telephone after 9.30am.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please let the Surgery know so that it can be offered to someone else.

   Please note some appointments can be pre booked up to 2 weeks ahead.

for a morning appointment, call between 8.30am and 11.30am;
for an afternoon appointment, call between 3.30pm and 5.30pm. 

EVENING APPOINTMENTS (NEW SERVICE)

Please note that with effect from 16th June 2008 we will be offering a few evening appointments. These appointments are specifically aimed at patients who work full time and have to commute some distance from home. They are NOT emergency appointments and must be prebooked at least one week ahead. Each surgery will start at 6:30pm and appointments can be made up until 7:20pm. We must point out that should you need any blood tests or X rays etc following one of these appointments they can only be carried out during our normal working day.

For Telephone Advice
The Practice staff are always happy to give information and advice over the telephone. 

If you wish to speak to one of the Doctors, please telephone in the morning, leave a message and the Doctor will call you back as soon as possible after the morning Surgery.

For Test Results
The Practice Manager/Receptionists can give results of tests in person or over the telephone during surgery open hours. 

The answerphone message will also give you a number to contact for results of medical investigations
