Administration:

The Practice Manager runs and supports the Practice in all non-medical matters. 

The Practice Manager is pleased to deal with any suggestions, recommendations or complaints that patients may have regarding the Practice.

The receptionists are here to help patients and to make appointments and to ensure patients see the appropriate professional within the practice.  They may need to ask patients a few questions in order to be able to prioritorise appointments.
