Complementary Health:
The Practice employs a number of Complementary Health Care Practitioners on a private basis:
Osteopathy Osteopathy is an established and recognised system of diagnosis and treatment based on the interplay of the body’s structure and function. It recognises the fact that much of the pain and disability we suffer stems from abnormalities in the function of the body structure as well as damage caused by disease.
Osteopathy aims to restore the body’s functions by making small adjustments to its structure. To achieve this Osteopaths use their hands to access the underlying cause of the pain and dysfunction and to carry out the appropriate treatment.
Osteopathy can effectively manage: low back, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, whiplash, headache, trapped nerves, slipped discs, arthritic pain, sports' injuries and pregnancy related pain. To make an appointment click here for details.
